Spending her last two days relaxing before her court date, Lindsay Lohan was seen walking out in LA yesterday on September 22.

Looking cute in a blue sweatshirt and a white skirt, Lindsay looked sad as she walked to a friend’s house. Certainly sad about her failed drug test that happened last week, Lindsay will be facing the court tomorrow on Friday, September 24.

Apologizing to her fans via Twitter last Saturday, Lindsay said that recovery is an ongoing project. While it is almost certain that she’ll be back in jail, it is uncertain exactly how much time she’ll be getting.
